A new "Shibuya-kei" girls rap duo, NIC♡RY, is updating Heisei-era Shibuya street culture for the Reiwa era with the digital-only release of their first mini album, NIC♡RY, on August 7, 2026 (Friday).
The four-track EP includes their debut single, "PEACE," plus three new songs, including the title track, "サマグッタイム." All three new songs have been available for early listening on TikTok since July 29, 2026 (Wednesday).
The release was announced as a surprise to coincide with NIC♡RY's long-awaited live debut at "TGC KIDS Fes 2026 supported by PROF," held on July 28, 2026 (Tuesday).

Live Debut at "TGC KIDS Fes 2026 supported by PROF"
With many children and families gathered at the venue, NIC♡RY performed their debut single, "PEACE." Their confident stage presence, remarkable for a first live performance, got the crowd excited.
During the MC segment near the end of the show, the two members declared with determination, "Our dream is to perform on Kohaku Uta Gassen! And to hold a live concert at Tokyo Dome! We'll keep working hard toward that dream, so please cheer us on!" Their heartfelt words drew loud applause from the crowd, making for a moving moment fitting of their live debut.

NIC♡RY made their debut on July 1, 2026. The girls rap duo consists of Ryua, the original exclusive model for KOGYARU who now works as an exclusive model for the gal-culture magazine "egg," and Yunachi, a current exclusive model for KOGYARU. Centered on gal culture, Shibuya, and music, the duo aims to "rewrite the mood of the times" with laid-back, catchy rap.
