Noboribetsu Sekisuitei, part of the Noguchi Kanko group in Hokkaido, has introduced a new dining plan at its restaurant "桜房": the "Kiwami Plan," available on weekdays only and limited to two groups a day. The plan is built around a golden-grilled Ise lobster, seasonal vegetable clay-pot steaming, and a half buffet with a range of dishes to choose from.
The plan is aimed at guests looking to spend a quiet weekday away from the crowds, pairing the appeal of a daily two-group limit with a course centered on specially prepared dishes such as the golden-grilled Ise lobster and the seasonal vegetable clay-pot steaming.

Dinner features the seasonal vegetable clay-pot steaming, which draws out the natural sweetness of Hokkaido-grown vegetables, alongside other special dishes. It is followed by a half buffet offering seasonal steamed dishes, cold and warm dishes, and desserts.
Breakfast: A Hokkaido Grilled-Fish Jubako Box With Half Buffet
Breakfast centers on a jubako (tiered lacquer box) filled with Hokkaido's seasonal grilled fish, served alongside a half buffet.
