OSAKA BAY SKYLUMINA FIREWORKS & DRONES is set to take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Maishima Sports Island (Sora no Hiroba) in Konohana-ku, Osaka. General ticket sales open on Saturday, May 9, 2026, through major ticket platforms and travel booking sites.
Drone Show Scaled Up to 2,000 Drones
Initially announced with 1,500 drones, the show has been expanded to an extended total of 2,000 drones. RedCliff, one of Japan's leading drone show companies, will handle integrated drone control, transforming the night sky into a three-dimensional canvas for dynamic and detailed visual storytelling.
10,000 Fireworks Synchronized to Music
Three selected fireworks teams will launch 10,000 shells synchronized to music with 1/100-second precision throughout the show.
Katsuragi Enka Co., Ltd.
A fireworks company with a strong track record, committed to delivering smiles and emotion. Their motto — "Turn a fleeting moment of brilliance into a lifelong memory" — drives every shell they fire.
Kato Enka Co., Ltd.
Based in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture, their philosophy is to "deliver vitality for tomorrow through fireworks." Their signature blinking fireworks and carefully crafted staging produce moments of awe in the night sky.
Ina Kako Horiuchi Enka-ten Co., Ltd.
Founded in 1899 (Meiji 32), this Ina Valley, Nagano-based company has been launching fireworks across Japan for 127 years, placing safety first while continually refining their craft.
Viewing Areas
The venue at Maishima Sports Island Sora no Hiroba offers the following seating options:
- VIP Area: Limited to 1,000 seats, with a dedicated parking lot and priority access pass
- Platinum / SS / S Reserved Seats: Comfortable reserved seating with clear sightlines to the show
- Camera Seat: A designated area where tripod photography is permitted
- Section A (General Admission): Open-style free-seating area

The event will proceed in light rain; canceled in severe weather.
Getting There
Heavy road congestion is expected throughout the day. No additional public transit services or extra train runs are planned. Dedicated parking near the venue is not available except for eligible VIP ticket holders. Visitors with general tickets are encouraged to use the designated shuttle bus or access bus service.
Significant congestion is expected from 5:00 PM onward, and there is a risk of not arriving before the show begins. Allowing plenty of travel time is strongly recommended.
