Following the successful collaboration at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, Mon Cher has been selected once again as a collaboration partner with Osaka Metro for the Osaka Marathon EXPO 2026.
Mon Cher Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Dojima-hama, Kita-ku, Osaka City; President: Kim Mi-Hwa) will sell collaborative baked confectionery co-developed with Osaka Metro (Osaka City Rapid Electric Tramway Co., Ltd.) at the Osaka Marathon EXPO 2026, held on Friday, February 20, and Saturday, February 21, 2026.
This collaboration was made possible after Osaka Metro reached out to Mon Cher following the positive reception of their joint efforts at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
Osaka Metro, an urban infrastructure company supporting the city of Osaka, and Mon Cher, an Osaka-based confectionery brand, have teamed up once again to bring sweetness to the Osaka Marathon EXPO 2026, a major sporting event with 34,000 participants.
About the Collaborative Confectionery
The collaborative baked confectionery combines the dynamic energy of the Osaka Marathon with Osaka Metro's urban imagery, with each piece carefully baked.
As a cheer for runners. As souvenirs for spectators.
These products are designed to be enjoyed alongside memories of "Osaka, the Running City."
The "Dojima Metro Roll" features Mon Cher's popular "Dojima Petit Roll," reminiscent of the famous "Dojima Roll," wrapped in a collaboration-designed package.
Two varieties are available: the "Dojima Metro Roll" 5-piece box and an assortment with original print cookies.
Both come in Osaka Metro original boxes, perfect as souvenirs from Osaka or mementos of the marathon viewing experience.
Additionally, these products will be provided as official aid station refreshments at the Osaka Marathon race on Sunday, February 22, 2026.
They will be distributed to participating runners as "support sweets" to gently encourage their bodies and spirits as they continue running.
Wrapped with the warmth of Osaka and Mon Cher's heartfelt wishes, these sweets deliver sweet encouragement to all runners.
