Panasonic Beauty Omotesando Opens a "Real Pro Salon" Where You Can Try a Premium Massage Chair for Just 500 Yen

A new "Real Pro Salon" has opened at Panasonic Beauty OMOTESANDO, a beauty lifestyle destination in Tokyo's Omotesando area. The reservation-only salon gives visitors the chance to experience two of Panasonic's flagship massage chairs — the RealPro (EP-MA121) and the newly launched RealPro Casa Line (EP-MA110) — in a relaxed, private setting, with a drink from the in-house café included.

About the Real Pro Salon

The salon is designed for anyone curious about the RealPro series, whether you're interested in how the chairs actually feel, want to check out the "hip and lower back massage" feature, or simply want to see if the design suits your home décor. Staff are on hand to explain each model in detail and answer any questions.

Product explanation by a dedicated staff member
Hands-on experience (course session with both chairs)
Q&A time
One complimentary drink from the Panasonic Beauty Omotesando café

Both the RealPro and RealPro Casa Line are available simultaneously, so two people visiting together can try them at the same time.

After the salon session, guests are also welcome to explore the other floors of Panasonic Beauty OMOTESANDO free of charge (no reservation required), where hair care products, facial devices, and other beauty gadgets are available to test.

Per person: 500 yen (tax included), with a café drink included
For two people: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Payment: Cashless only (credit cards, e-money, QR code payment). Cash is not accepted.

Reservations can be made through the official LINE account of Panasonic Beauty OMOTESANDO (LINE ID: @panasonic-beauty), and are available from the next day up to one week in advance. Note that reservations not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may be cancelled.
