Pasand by ne Quittez pas, a fashion and lifestyle store, is taking part as a special partner in "GO FOR KOGEI," a project that shares new appeals of craft from the Hokuriku region.
From Saturday, October 31 to Sunday, November 29, 2026, Pasand by ne Quittez pas Kanazawa will serve as one of the venues of the exhibition "APERTO," held in Kanazawa, and will display work by the artist Ryo Takahashi. On Sunday, November 1, the store will also host a talk event, "DIALOGUE Vol.5 これからの工芸、アート、ファッション" (literally, "Craft, Art and Fashion from Here On"), moderated by Yuji Akimoto (秋元 雄史), Artistic Director of GO FOR KOGEI. The talk event requires advance reservation.

Handwork, and Encounters with New Aesthetics in Daily Life
Since its founding in 2003, the company behind the store has looked to handwork from Japan and around the world, with India at the center, sharing its beauty and appeal through fashion. It runs the lifestyle store Pasand by ne Quittez pas as a place to encounter a variety of cultures and craftsmanship.
As part of its effort to offer making that values handwork and experiences of meeting new aesthetics in everyday life, the company held a pop-up store in Hokuriku, and that led it to endorse the activities of GO FOR KOGEI, which works to carry on craft culture and share its new appeals. It has sponsored the project before. Behind this lies not only the wish to convey the appeal of craft widely, but also sympathy for passing on the skills that artisans have built up, and the making culture rooted in each region, to the future.
Now, through the permanent Kanazawa store that opened in June 2026 as a new base, an exhibition and a talk event are being held there for the first time. In a shop space that is an extension of daily life, visitors can encounter the work and spend time with the expression that arises where craft, art and fashion meet, connecting daily life and art.
