The sweets shop PÂTISSERIE PINÈDE (ピネード), operated by All Hearts Company, is releasing two limited-edition spring sweets from April 1, 2026. Headlining the lineup is a brand-new "Strawberry Charlotte," joined by a strawberry-flavored version of a fan-favorite crepe wrap.
Strawberry Charlotte — A Pinède First
The "Strawberry Charlotte" (苺のシャルロット) is Pinède's own take on the classic French charlotte cake. Priced at ¥680 (tax included), it goes on sale April 1 through April 30, 2026.
The cake layers a crisp-yet-airy biscuit (biscuit) sponge with a smooth, cinnamon-scented vanilla mousse. A strawberry jelly tucked inside adds a gentle tartness with every bite, while fresh domestic strawberries arranged on top give the dessert a vibrant, springtime look. Each biscuit is hand-prepared in small batches, with careful attention to aeration and baking time to achieve its signature light, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Strawberry Crepe Wrap — A Popular Flavor Returns
Also launching on April 1 is the "Strawberry Crepe Wrap" (苺のクレープ包み), priced at ¥610 (tax included) and available through April 30, 2026. It is a seasonal twist on the "Marron Crepe Wrap," which has sold more than 15,000 units cumulatively from 2019 to 2024. The new version wraps fluffy whipped cream, custard cream, fresh domestic strawberries, and sponge in a soft crepe, delivering a combination of textures and flavors that changes with each bite — perfect for a spring teatime treat.
