The annual strawberry cheese tart from BAKE CHEESE TART is returning this spring with a more intense strawberry flavor. The "Freshly Baked Tart: Concentrated Strawberry Cheese" goes on sale on April 1, 2026.

This year's version adds amaou strawberry jam — with the fruit's pulpy texture intact — directly into the cheese mousse as well as on the topping. Building on last year's recipe, the update ensures the sweetness and tartness of strawberry carries through to the very last bite. The gentle acidity of the cheese pairs with the bright flavor of the amaou strawberry for a rich, layered dessert.

Freshly Baked Tart: Concentrated Strawberry Cheese
The cheese mousse is made with strawberry juice from Fukuoka's amaou strawberries and a bright strawberry puree, then finished with amaou strawberry jam — full of fruit pulp — piped inside. The topping combines more amaou strawberry jam and freeze-dried strawberry pieces to create an even deeper, more layered strawberry flavor.
Note: Fukuoka amaou strawberries account for 79% of the strawberry ingredients used.
