Six Pokémon Poké Lids Coming to the Noto Peninsula

Six Pokémon-themed manhole covers known as Poké Lids are coming to the Noto Peninsula. Through the coordination of The Pokémon With You Foundation (Pokémon Foundation), one Poké Lid will be donated by The Pokémon Company to each of six municipalities in the Noto area, with the covers open to the public from April 29.

Poké Lid Installation Locations

  • Suzu City: Mitsuke Beach
  • Wajima City: Michi no Eki Wajima (Furatto Yume)
  • Noto Town: Yanagida Botanical Park
  • Anamizu Town: Anamizu Station
  • Nanao City: Wakura Pokémon Foot Bath "Yuttari Park"
  • Shika Town: World's Longest Bench

At each installation site, Pokémon tourism spots such as monuments will also be set up with the cooperation of the Pokémon Foundation.

Nearby Pokémon Tourist Spots

Several new Pokémon-themed attractions are also being added near the Poké Lid locations:

  • Suzu City: "Sylveon with LOVE" Monument (to be installed August 29, 2025)
  • Anamizu Town: New Pokémon decorations added to Anamizu Station building (open April 28)
  • Nanao City: "Wakura Pokémon Foot Bath" opens at noon on May 12

Information on these spots will be shared through the Ishikawa Prefecture Tourism Federation's digital map. The installations are expected to draw Pokémon fans from across Japan and around the world to visit the Noto Peninsula.
