Yomiuriland Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Inagi City, Tokyo; President: Retsu Mizoguchi) and The Yomiuri Shimbun Tokyo Headquarters (Headquarters: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President: Akitoshi Muraoka) will open Poké Park Kanto, the first permanent outdoor facility where visitors can experience the world of Pokémon, on February 5, 2026, in collaboration with The Pokémon Company (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President: Tsunekazu Ishihara).
Poké Park Kanto will be located within Yomiuriland and covers approximately 2.6 hectares. The facility consists of two areas: Pokémon Forest, a wooded area that takes advantage of the natural topography of the lush Tama Hills, and Kayatsuri Town, where visitors can enjoy shopping for merchandise and more. The park will be operated by Poké Park Kanto LLC, a company established by the three partners.
Encounter Pokémon in the Forest: Pokémon Forest

Step into Pokémon Forest, a woodland trail filled with varied terrain including pathways with elevation changes, grassy areas, and tunnels, and your adventure begins. Walking along the approximately 500-meter trail, visitors can observe Pokémon displaying different expressions and catch glimpses of various scenes. Some Pokémon can even be ridden on. Will you find your favorite Pokémon?
Enjoy Various Events at Kayatsuri Town

At the entrance to Kayatsuri Town, visitors will find a Pokémon Center, the facility familiar to players of the Pokémon games as a place to restore Pokémon. Shops offering merchandise purchases and original drinks and food are also available.
Additionally, visitors can experience Pikapika Paradise, an attraction featuring Pikachu, and Buibui Voyage, a merry-go-round featuring Eevee and its evolutions.
Parades featuring Pikachu and Eevee, as well as stage shows at the Kayatsuri Gym, are among the events prepared for visitors from around the world to fully enjoy the world of Pokémon and interact with each other.
