Prés de L'AS (プレ ドゥ ラス), a new concept restaurant from the Minami-Aoyama modern French restaurant L'AS, opened on Friday, April 24, 2026, on the 6th floor of Harajuku Quest, one of Harajuku's newest landmarks.
Harajuku Quest is themed around "Re: HARAJUKU CULTURE," positioning itself as a new creative hub where diverse cultures intersect. Prés de L'AS, whose name comes from the French "prés de" meaning "near" or "close to," aims to make French cuisine more accessible and enjoyable for all visitors to Harajuku.
The omakase course at Prés de L'AS carries forward L'AS's culinary creativity, featuring the restaurant's signature foie gras crispy sandwich as well as an original creation — wagyu roast beef with café de Paris cream.
