Bar Granada at Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto is releasing its fourth seasonal cocktail of 2026, "Okatotoki," available from July 1 (Wednesday) through August 31 (Monday), 2026.
The cocktail presents a pure white frozen appearance inspired by the white Seimei-Kikyo bellflower that blooms in summer. It is crafted with "Ki No Bi," a Kyoto-made craft gin, combined with sake to create a delicate, layered flavor. Fresh grapes are added as an accent, with the fruit's gentle sweetness and refreshing aroma complementing the gin's crisp character and the smooth, lingering finish of the sake. The chilled frozen texture makes it a refreshing choice for the summer season.
