FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto, the gourmet hotel operated under Paris-born luxury food brand FAUCHON, is set to launch two seasonal menus featuring "Kino Sato no Momo" peaches from Kinokawa City in Wakayama Prefecture — the largest peach-producing area in western Japan. Both menus run from June 20 through August 11, 2026.
Peach Summer Afternoon Tea
Salon de Thé FAUCHON is hosting a summer afternoon tea built around Kino Sato no Momo peaches and seasonal fruits. The menu includes a mini parfait made with the hotel's signature "Millennium Water" jelly and fresh peaches, alongside a welcome iced tea prepared using a special technique by the hotel's Grand Tea Master.

Peach Millennium Water Jelly & Peach Millennium Water Parfait

At Pâtisserie & Boutique FAUCHON, two peach-centric sweets are available. The "Peach Millennium Water Jelly" encases Kino Sato no Momo peaches and seasonal fruits in the hotel's Millennium Water jelly. Joining it is the "Peach Millennium Water Parfait," a revival of the beloved peach parfait that was previously served at the hotel's tea salon.
