The Kansai region's largest exotic animal event, REPTILES FEVER, kicks off this weekend with its first event of 2026.

② Enriching Stage Programs Featuring Popular YouTuber Hiroshi Hirasaka
The REPTILES FEVER special stage will feature talk shows providing insights into reptile care and biology. Following the previous REPTILES FEVER event, wildlife specialist writer Hiroshi Hirasaka will also appear. Hirasaka has gained popularity on YouTube for his hands-on approach to explaining creature ecology, amassing over 900,000 subscribers.
With "experiencing creatures through all five senses" as his motto, Hirasaka's life work is to "catch, touch, and eat" various creatures from around the world. What will this expert have to say about reptiles? Note: The acts discussed on stage are extremely dangerous and should never be imitated.

③ New Project: My Rep General Election - Vote for Exotic Animal No. 1
A popularity contest to determine the No. 1 exotic animal. From pet photos submitted in advance via Instagram, the top 5 with the most "♡ Likes" were selected and displayed as election-style posters at the venue.
Visitors can cast their final votes at a special booth inside the event venue.
The pet that wins the grand prize will be featured in promotional materials for the next REPTILES FEVER event.

④ Plenty of Activities for Young Children
In celebration of 2026 being the Year of the Horse, which occurs once every 60 years, REPTILES FEVER has established a "Horse Shrine." Take photos with a pony in front of the shrine. May everything go smoothly this year...
