Famivista Unlimited Reopens Near USJ in Osaka as a Private House for Families With Four Themed Bedrooms and AR Play

Famivista Unlimited, a whole-house rental in Konohana Ward, Osaka, reopened on October 30, 2026. The house has four bedrooms with different themes and an augmented reality (AR) exercise game room where children can play with their whole bodies.

Children can choose which room to sleep in, from a bunk bed styled after a pirate ship to a room decorated with sweets and a bedroom that recreates outer space. The house is the first property of Famivista, a new lodging brand specializing in family travel launched by Global Com's Japan. Following its transition to a lodging business (旅館業), bookings are now accepted from one night.

About Famivista Unlimited

The 4LDK, 115-square-meter detached house in Konohana Ward, Osaka, was fully renovated by an interior coordinator. It is a completely private, whole-house rental that up to 15 guests can stay in at the same rate.

The house is about 10 minutes by train from USJ and about 10 minutes from Namba, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in Osaka.

Four Themed Bedrooms Children Can Choose From

The second floor has four bedrooms, each designed around a different theme.

  • sweets room: A room decorated with sweets
  • ship room: A room styled after a pirate ship, with bunk beds
  • car room: A room styled after a bright red open car, with Simmons beds
  • space room: A room inspired by a moon landing

Being able to pick the room they sleep in can become a memorable part of the trip for children.

An AR Game Room on the First Floor

At the back of the first floor, a game room lies beyond a large pipe that guests walk through. Here, guests can try DIDIM, an augmented reality (AR) indoor exercise game played with the whole body on the floor.

The house also has a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom stocked with POLA amenities, along with a ReFa hair iron and hair dryer. With these facilities, guests can spend a whole day indoors even when it rains.
