8 Rose-Inspired Sweets for the Season's Most Beautiful Bloom
Timed to coincide with peak rose season, the afternoon tea features 8 sweet creations that combine the fragrance of roses with fruits and chocolate. Pairings include rose and strawberry, rose and lychee, and rose and ruby chocolate — each crafted to highlight the distinctive character of individual ingredients alongside the graceful rose aroma. A standout piece is the "Rose and Mixed Berry Mini Parfait," a glass arrangement of sweet-tart berries layered with a soft waft of rose, styled to resemble a bouquet in bloom.

Rose World from Tea to Savories and an Original Mocktail
Seasonal tea options include "Rose and Raspberry Tea" and "Hibiscus Rose (caffeine-free)," alongside a charming savory selection that includes "Smoked Salmon Rose," shaped to mimic the look of a rose. Nakanoshima Park — just a short walk from the hotel — is home to approximately 310 varieties and around 3,700 rose bushes, making it an ideal complement to the afternoon tea experience.

An original mocktail, "Rose Crown Milk Tea," has also been crafted exclusively for this afternoon tea by bartender Yuko Ikegami, who won one of Japan's top cocktail competitions in November 2025. The drink features jasmine tea topped with rose-scented cream, arranged like a crown. Together, the food and drinks are designed to evoke the feeling of strolling through a rose garden — right in the heart of Osaka.
