Roasted COFFEE LABORATORY, operated by Baycrew's Co., Ltd., introduces a new Crispy Crepe menu at its Jiyugaoka store starting July 18 (Saturday). From July 24 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), the brand also opens a limited-time kitchen car at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, offering the Jiyugaoka store's Crispy Crepe alongside drinks made with house-roasted coffee.
A New Kind of Crispy Crepe, Fragrant With Coffee
Each Crispy Crepe is carefully baked one at a time, resulting in a light, crisp texture paired with a rich coffee aroma. The lineup includes three flavors: Coffee Anko Butter, made with coffee anko kneaded from house-roasted espresso; Salty Butter Caramel, combining a house-made salty butter caramel sauce with two kinds of ice cream; and Peach Milk Tea, generously topped with white and red peach sorbet and peach compote — a bright lineup for enjoying even in the hot season.
At Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, the kitchen car serves four Crispy Crepe flavors — Shinshu Milk, Coffee Anko Butter, Peach Milk, and Truffle Ham Cheese — alongside drinks centered on house-roasted coffee.

House-made peach sauce and whipped cream are paired with white and red peach sorbet and juicy peach compote. A rich milk tea sauce, brewed slowly from fragrant Earl Grey, brings out the sweetness of the peach.
