Northern Terrace Diner at Sapporo Grand Hotel (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) is serving an "Ethnic & Herb" themed all-you-can-eat buffet from May 11, 2026. Both a lunch buffet and a dinner buffet are on offer, showcasing a wide variety of dishes drawing on Hokkaido ingredients and the fresh flavors of early summer.
