Salon du Chocolat, the world's largest chocolate festival originating from Paris, returns to Isetan Shinjuku for 2026. Among the featured chocolatiers is Sébastien Bouillet, a renowned pâtissier and chocolatier from Lyon, France.
The highlight of this year's appearance is a special collaboration with Philippe Bernachon, master chocolatier at Bernachon, another prestigious chocolate house from Lyon. Together, they present an exclusive collection of chocolate sweets created specifically for Salon du Chocolat 2026.
Exclusive Product: Macariyon BB
Price: ¥4,320 (tax included)
The "Macariyon" is Sébastien Bouillet's signature creation - a macaron coated with chocolate. The name combines "macaron" with "Lyon," his hometown, creating "Macaron + Lyon = Macariyon."
For this collaboration, the ganache filling features Philippe Bernachon's couverture chocolate. The result is a unique combination of rich, deep chocolate flavor and the light, delicate texture of macaron. This fusion of sensibility and technique from two of Lyon's leading chocolatiers is available exclusively at the Tokyo venue of Salon du Chocolat.
