Sendai Royal Park Hotel (6-2-1 Teraoka, Izumi-ku, Sendai) will hold a garden illumination from Friday, November 6, 2026 to Sunday, February 28, 2027. About 25,000 LED lights will decorate the garden, a hallmark of the hotel.
A limited-time photo spot will appear in one corner of the sparkling "forest of light." On Fridays through Sundays and holidays during the period, the terrace seating of the all-day dining restaurant "Chefs Terrace" will also host a bonfire cafe serving marshmallows, soup, and warm drinks around the fire.
Garden Illumination "Winter Garden Glow Hikari no Mori 2026"
Under the theme "Winter Garden Glow Hikari no Mori," about 25,000 lights will decorate the winter garden. Guests staying in garden-side rooms can enjoy the view from their balcony or terrace. Dining at the restaurant while looking out at the garden wrapped in light, or taking a stroll through the garden, are also recommended ways to enjoy the illumination.

New this year, a limited-time photo spot will appear in one corner of the illuminated garden. A wooden dome tent is decorated with a deer antler chandelier and fine lights inspired by fireflies that flicker at random, creating a space that feels like a secret hideaway.
It is a place for commemorative photos with someone special, and a space where visitors may want to linger and spend a relaxing time surrounded by fantastical lights.
Bonfire Cafe on the Terrace
On the terrace seating of the resort-style all-day dining restaurant "Chefs Terrace," guests can spend time watching the flames of a bonfire flicker. Visitors can roast marshmallows around the fire, and hot drinks to warm the body are also available, all while surrounded by the glow of the illumination.
