Shangri-La Tokyo Introduces Two Summer-Limited Cocktails from July 1

Shangri-La Tokyo, located in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, will offer two summer-limited cocktails at The Lobby Lounge on the 28th floor from July 1 to September 30, 2026. The lineup features a tomato-based spritz and a dessert-style take on the piña colada, both crafted to complement warm summer evenings.

Crystal Passion Spritz

The Crystal Passion Spritz layers the savory depth of tomato with the bright acidity of passion fruit in a spritz-style presentation. Tomatoes and fruits are meticulously extracted to achieve a remarkably clear, transparent appearance. Pepper-flavored vodka contributes a subtle spice note, while the carbonation gives the drink a clean, refreshing finish. A topping of dried tomato adds concentrated umami that lingers on the palate, creating a rich aftertaste beneath the cool, crisp exterior.

Piña Royale

The Piña Royale reimagines the classic tropical cocktail piña colada as an evening dessert drink. Coconut rum and dark rum form the base, resulting in a light, approachable texture.
