The 18th SHIBUYA ART SCRAMBLE 2026 will take place over seven days, from Monday, November 2 to Sunday, November 8, 2026. Held in the autumn art season, SHIBUYA ART SCRAMBLE treats the entire city of Shibuya as an art park and creates opportunities for a wide range of people to "touch," "think about" and "feel" art. It is Shibuya's festival of art.
This year again, a varied lineup of art programs will be staged across Shibuya's commercial facilities and public spaces, including Shibuya City's Miyashita Park and Shibuya Hikarie Hall. The festival aims to connect city and culture, community and creativity, past and present, and present and future through art.
This year's program details will be announced in stages. For one week in the autumn art season, the streets of Shibuya will be colored with a wide variety of art.

About SHIBUYA ART SCRAMBLE
The festival began after it was decided that Taro Okamoto's work Myth of Tomorrow (明日の神話) would be permanently installed at Shibuya Station. It treats the whole of Shibuya, one of Japan's leading media cities, as a gallery, opens up every kind of space to people willing to take on a challenge, and explores "the relationship between the city and art."
By creating opportunities for a wide range of people to touch, think about and experience art, it connects city to city, person to person, past to present, and present to future through art. It is a cultural project undertaken by Shibuya, an international cultural tourism city.
