Shibuya Gyoza (薄皮餃子専門 渋谷餃子), the thin-skin gyoza specialty restaurant, is serving a limited-time sweets menu for the White Day season. From March 9 (Monday) to March 15 (Sunday), 2026, the restaurant will offer two varieties of "Hitokuchi Gyoza Pie" — bite-sized dessert gyoza fried in the style of a pastry.
Two Flavors of Hitokuchi Gyoza Pie
The lineup includes a returning chocolate raspberry variety alongside a brand-new matcha an butter flavor. Each piece features gyoza skin fried to a crispy, golden finish with a sweet filling inside.

① Chocolate Raspberry Flavor
Hitokuchi Gyoza Pie – Chocolate Raspberry
Price: 580 yen (tax included)
This version uses a cocoa-infused dough to wrap a filling of rich chocolate, tangy raspberry sauce, and marshmallow. The combination of deep chocolate flavor and berry acidity gives it a fondant chocolat-like taste.
② Matcha An Butter Flavor (New)
Hitokuchi Gyoza Pie – Matcha An Butter
Price: 580 yen (tax included)

The new addition uses a fragrant matcha-infused dough to enclose tsubu-an (coarse red bean paste) and butter. It is finished with black sugar syrup and a dusting of kinako (roasted soybean flour), creating a Japanese-style sweet with the slight bitterness of matcha, the sweetness of anko, and the richness of butter.
The "Hot and Cold" Pairing
Each order is served alongside a cold Yukimi Daifuku ice cream, playing off the contrast between the warm, just-fried gyoza pie and the cold ice cream. When the gyoza pie is cut in half, the melted filling is revealed inside.
