Solare Hotels and Resorts Co., Ltd., which operates Royal Pines Hotel Urawa, is introducing a weekday-night-only "Nagomi Futari-Zen Fair" at the hotel's 5th-floor Japanese restaurant Shikisai, starting Thursday, July 16, 2026.
The head chef arranges seasonal ingredients into colorful large-plate dishes, proposing a new style of Japanese dining where couples, friends, or other close companions share and enjoy the food together.
Two courses are available: "Nagomi Bansyaku Zen," which pairs seasonal flavors with a sommelier's recommended drink, and "Nagomi Sushi Zen," a more casual course centered on nigiri sushi and freshly fried tempura.
Drawing on the delicate techniques of Japanese cuisine and seasonal ingredients, the fair puts the joy of sharing and the pleasure of conversation at the center of the dining experience.
