SHIN-ONSAI 2026, the annual autumn music festival held in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is returning to Shinjuku Bunka Center for the first time in three years. The event is scheduled for two days: Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, 2026.
About SHIN-ONSAI
Launched in 2018, SHIN-ONSAI takes its cue from Shinjuku's identity as a center of avant-garde culture — a place that has long nurtured progressive expressions across music, theater, and art. The festival's concept is rooted in the "cultural chaos and sophistication" that defines the neighborhood. Known for its alternative and diverse lineup, convenient venue location, and accessible ticket prices, the event has become a fixture of Shinjuku's autumn calendar.
The 2026 edition marks the festival's eighth year.

As the first wave of announcements, 15 acts have been confirmed:

Additional performers will be announced in stages, with the final lineup expected to total around 25 acts. The timetable and day-by-day schedules for each artist will be released at a later date.
