Premium matcha brand SHOGUN, produced by Train Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Shibuya City, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yasuyuki Hasegawa), is adding two new latte mixes to its lineup.

On July 27, 2026, latte versions of two especially popular products — the Uji matcha "Shishi (獅子)" and "Hojicha (焙茶)" — are newly arriving.
Preparation is simple: just mix with your preferred milk. Made with delicate, refined wasanbon sugar, the mix has a lightly sweetened finish that lets the flavor of the quality Uji matcha and hojicha come through. It can also be sprinkled over yogurt or ice cream, making it an easy way for those new to matcha, including visitors from overseas, to enjoy it.

About the SHOGUN Brand
The SHOGUN brand is a collaboration with Senchaso, a long-established tea shop in Matsue, Shimane — a region known for its tea culture — and uses only quality Japanese-grown tea leaves. It is currently available at LOFT, Bic Camera, and other stores nationwide.
