The Italian dining restaurant SPICA, located on the 3rd floor of Omotesando Hills, will be making its first appearance at the "Italia Exhibition 2026" held at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store. The pop-up runs from April 22 (Wednesday) to May 6 (Wednesday, National Holiday), 2026.
The restaurant is supervised by chef Yoshida Nori (George), who has built a large following on YouTube and social media. At this event, SPICA will serve menus exclusive to the venue, including its signature Sweet Shrimp and Lobster Bisque Risoni and a newly developed Truffle Carbonara.

SPICA's defining dish, prepared by cooking risoni in a rich broth extracted from crustacean shells. The saltiness of Parmigiano Reggiano and the sweetness of sweet shrimp come together in a plate full of ocean flavors.
