Cafe & Bar Rhythmos, located on the 26th floor of Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental—a luxury hotel directly connected to Shinagawa Station offering sweeping views of the Tokyo skyline—will introduce two early-summer limited parfaits starting May 1, 2026 (Friday): "Honey Dekopon" and "Melon Lime."

The hotel's seasonal "Strings Parfait" series is celebrated for showcasing carefully selected fruits in elaborately layered creations. This edition captures the bright flavors of early summer, with both parfaits available through June 30, 2026 (Tuesday).
