Two new sweets are arriving at SUSHIRO Cafe, the dessert corner inside Sushiro restaurants nationwide, from April 22, 2026: the Classic Pudding Parfait and the Chocolate Mont Blanc.
SUSHIRO Cafe operates under the concept of "delicious, exciting, thrilling," with sweets developed by dedicated in-house pâtissiers. More than 200 prototype creations are tested each year, with only a carefully curated selection making it to customers — alongside around 50 new sweets introduced annually.
Classic Pudding Parfait
The Classic Pudding Parfait puts Sushiro's long-standing Classic Pudding front and center — a whole pudding served in a single dessert. Known for its firm, old-fashioned custard texture and deep egg-rich flavor, the pudding is paired with milk ice cream and caramel sauce. The result is a layered, indulgent parfait that leans into the nostalgic richness of classic custard.
