The Busse [Camembert & Almond] features a light, airy busse (sponge sandwich) made with Hokkaido-grown wheat flour, filled with a smooth Camembert cheese cream. The cream is crafted with a carefully balanced mix of Camembert flavor and saltiness, while diced almonds add a satisfying crunch. (Note: Camembert accounts for at least 60% of the cheese powder used.)

The spring-exclusive packaging is done in soft pink tones, with a design depicting a spring goddess in a dress gently holding almonds — a nod to the shop's dedication to each individual ingredient.
