THE GREY ROOM, a spice mixology bar overlooking Ginza's Sukiyabashi intersection, will host a one-night-only guest shift on February 20, 2026 (Friday), welcoming Head Bartender Ryusuke Fujimoto and Bar Keeper Daiki Yamamoto from Bible Club Osaka.
Bible Club Osaka was born as a sister establishment to the internationally acclaimed bar Bible Club PDX in Portland, America. The bar has earned high praise both domestically and internationally as an authentic speakeasy, meticulously recreating the atmosphere of the American Prohibition era down to the finest details—from bar tools such as glasses and shakers to tables and lighting, all furnished with antiques.
On this special evening, guests will experience an extraordinary cocktail journey where the classic bar philosophy and techniques cultivated by Bible Club Osaka intersect with THE GREY ROOM's "spice mixology" approach.
Guest Bartender Profiles
Ryusuke Fujimoto
Born February 26, 1992 in Osaka. During his childhood, he was active as a child actor and later attended a prestigious high school for table tennis. He began his bartending career at a local Osaka bar during university and honed his skills in both Osaka and Tokyo. Currently, he serves as Head Bartender at Bible Club Osaka. In December 2025, he launched the company's second establishment, "The Lore Foundry Lab," where he leads operations as General Manager.
Daiki Yamamoto
Born July 31, 1996 in Osaka. He began practicing martial arts at age three and competed in national tournaments from elementary school through university. After graduating from university, he started his career at a bar in Umeda, Osaka. Following experience at multiple establishments, he joined Bible Club Osaka in April 2024 and currently serves as Bar Keeper.
