THE NEXTT HOTEL (ザ・ネクストホテル) is set to open in Faret Tachikawa, Tachikawa, Tokyo on March 1, 2027 (Monday). This new lifestyle hotel is designed around the concept of "CASUAL but SPECIAL," blending design and hospitality to create a space where guests can experience something a little special in everyday life — whether on the way home from work, during a weekend refresh, or sharing time with someone important.

The property features an all-day dining restaurant, bakery, private dining rooms, a bar, and retail shops. With flexible banquet spaces also on offer, the hotel is designed to be a place where people come together — somewhere that new encounters and memorable experiences can unfold.

The 4th floor houses a grand banquet hall of approximately 1,050 m², capable of accommodating up to around 1,500 guests. It can also be divided into smaller sections, making it suitable for a wide range of uses including events, exhibitions, and receptions.
On the 3rd floor, there is one medium banquet hall (approx. 430 m²) and five small banquet halls (approx. 55 m² and approx. 110 m²), providing flexible options for meetings, seminars, and private parties of all sizes.
