Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Cow Cow Kitchen (カウカウキッチン) is releasing a new summer limited-edition item: the Milk Pie Salty Nuts (ミルクパイ ソルティナッツ). Available from June 19, 2026 (Friday) while supplies last, it will be sold exclusively at EQUiA Kita-Senju and Atre Akihabara 1.
A Summer Treat with Savory-Sweet Contrast
Cow Cow Kitchen is a spin-off concept born from Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory (東京ミルクチーズ工場), a confectionery brand known for its dedication to carefully selected milk and quality cheese. Operating as a "workshop-integrated" format, Cow Cow Kitchen serves fresh premium sweets made on-site.
The new summer item, Milk Pie Salty Nuts, brings together a crispy flaky pastry shell filled with two distinct creams: a smooth milk cream made with Hokkaido-produced mascarpone cheese and fresh cream, and a rich nut cream combining roasted hazelnuts with Awaji Island seaweed salt (藻塩). The toasty hazelnut flavor is heightened by the subtle salinity of the seaweed salt, creating a layered, full-bodied taste. The creamy milk finish adds a velvety, lingering quality to each bite.
As a limited-time item, it will be sold until stocks run out.
