The Shiba Park area, where the hotel is located, offers numerous spots to enjoy cherry blossom viewing while admiring Tokyo Tower, one of Tokyo's most iconic symbols. To help guests fully experience the beauty of sakura as spring arrives, each restaurant has prepared special cherry blossom-themed menus.
At "Buffet Dining Porto," the spring buffet features roast beef marinated in sakura miso and koji, and a pink-colored mont blanc dessert, among other spectacular spring dishes. During lunch at "Chinese Restaurant Mampokuen," guests can enjoy the Sakura Hana Lunch featuring dishes such as shrimp and squid stir-fried with sakura shrimp XO sauce, and steamed chicken with bamboo shoots, all finished with rich flavors. For dinner at "Japanese Restaurant Shimizu," the "Yozakura Kaiseki" course includes sakura tofu and steamed tilefish wrapped in domyoji rice, highlighting the essence of spring.
Visitors can enjoy hanami (cherry blossom viewing) at the hotel while taking in the magnificent views of cherry blossoms and Tokyo Tower in Shiba Park, accompanied by colorful spring menus that celebrate the arrival of the season.
