Available for a limited time, the pair showcases the hotel's pure ice — made from Shinshu natural water and known for its delicate, smooth melt — paired with a whole white peach and Yamanashi-grown Shine Muscat in one dessert, and award-winning Sayama matcha in the other. Each is layered with a hotel-crafted touch that draws out the character of its ingredients in every spoonful.

The White Peach and Yamanashi Shine Muscat Premium Shaved Ice uses a whole white peach and is generously topped with Yamanashi-grown Shine Muscat, making for a vivid, summery dish. Wrapped in a milk espuma decorated with edible flowers and gold leaf, the ice holds layers of fresh white peach, peach compote, rare cheese mousse, and peach sauce that melt gently together with the delicate pure ice. A side of salted milk ice cream enhances the fruit's sweetness, and adding the accompanying peach sauce brings the fruit's freshness and the rare cheese's refreshing tartness into balance for a deeper, more layered flavor.

The Premium Sayama Matcha Shaved Ice is a nine-layer creation built around select matcha from Sayama Meicha Maruyasuen, a tea producer honored with the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, among other accolades. Wrapped in a matcha espuma finished with gold leaf, the ice holds layers of matcha sauce, rare cheese mousse, custard sauce, and fragrant matcha powder, weaving together Japanese and Western flavors for a deep, complex taste.
