Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is set to celebrate its 3rd anniversary on April 14, 2026, with a special event series titled "TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER 3rd Anniversary." Located in Shinjuku's internationally vibrant Kabukicho district, the tower operates under the concept of "pursuing what you love" and offers a wide range of entertainment for both domestic and international visitors.
During the anniversary period, a series of special events will take place across the venue. At the in-house nightclub ZEROTOKYO, world-class superstar NICKY ROMERO will headline the event. Additionally, the group Atarashii Gakko! (新しい学校のリーダーズ), who are expanding their reach both in Japan and abroad, will make their first-ever appearance at ZEROTOKYO.
The "Kabukicho Street Live" event, regularly held in the open space adjacent to the tower, will also be scaled up for this special occasion — venues expanding to the tower's front stage, up to six street stages, and Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO). Artist yama, who is active on the global stage, will appear as a special guest.

Under the theme of "A sanctuary for street live performances where dreams come true," the Kabukicho Street Live event — which sees 700 acts participating annually — will hold its once-a-year special event. This year marks a full collaboration with "MOTCHAN NO HEYA," the signature YouTube channel for street live performances that has been a partner since the event's founding.
As part of a new initiative, a project will be launched with the mission of discovering and nurturing artists who will "spread their wings to the world" from the internationally rich Kabukicho area. To kick off this initiative, globally active artist yama is confirmed as a special guest performer at the 3rd anniversary event.

yama is a solo singer who made a striking debut in April 2020 with the original track "Haru wo Tsugeru." The artist has produced numerous hit songs, including "Magical Syndrome," the special MV theme song for Magical Chiikawa, and "Shikisai," the ending theme for the TV anime SPY × FAMILY.
The Asia Tour "Koshitan-tan 2025" took yama to Seoul, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Singapore, and Hong Kong, drawing approximately 7,000 fans. In March 2026, yama released the branding EP "C.U.T." and will be holding the national tour "Uka."
