The new cookies are part of the Gaufre Crush Cookie series, which incorporates "Gaufre Powder" — crushed wafer from the brand's iconic Gaufre — into the cookie dough to create a distinctively crispy texture. The Cha no Ka Awase set brings together three popular tea flavors:
