The Westin Sendai (located in Ichibancho, Aoba-ku, Sendai City; General Manager: Kazuyuki Shimoju) will offer a "Valentine High Tea" from February 2 (Monday) to February 15 (Sunday), 2026. Guests can enjoy appetizers, a main dish, and chocolate desserts while taking in the night view of downtown Sendai.
This high tea experience allows guests to relax romantically on sofas while admiring the glittering cityscape from the upper floors. The three-tiered tea stand features eight varieties of savories that can be enjoyed like appetizers, including heart-shaped sablés filled with venison rillettes and raspberry, and white chocolate cream sandwiches wrapped with strawberries and prosciutto. The main dish showcases Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture's premium black Wagyu beef, grilled to juicy perfection and enhanced with a cacao-scented red wine sauce and celery root purée. For dessert, guests will enjoy a chocolate mousse elegantly finished with raspberry and lychee sauce. The shimmering red candy decoration adds a touch of glamour. Additionally, the beverage selection offers a free-flow option including sparkling wine, chocolate-infused cocktails, and more.
