Lounge & Bar Horizon (26th floor) at the Westin Hotel Sendai will serve a limited-time menu, "Seasonal Parfait & Cocktail -MANGO-," from Saturday, May 16 to Friday, July 17, 2026. Mango — one of the world's three most prized fruits and known as the "king of fruits" — takes center stage in this seasonal offering.
The lounge's panoramic 26th-floor views complement the vivid hues of mango, making each dish and glass even more striking.
MANGO Parfait
The MANGO Parfait is a creation from the hotel's pastry team, drawing out the best of domestic mangoes. Layers of smooth mango pudding, juicy mango flesh, and a mango-infused sponge cake are carefully assembled in a single glass. Thinly sliced mango is arranged on top in a petal-like floral motif. Creamy coconut ice cream and a tangy passion fruit seed sauce add aromatic depth, rounding out a flavor profile that captures the spirit of early summer.

Two additional seasonal cocktails are also on the menu: "Citrus Tea Breeze," inspired by the gentle winds of early summer, and "Starry Rain," a striking blue cocktail garnished with green shiso.
