An indie game event called Zerokyori Connect No. 1 Indie Game Edition Supported by xeen is set to take place at namco TOKYO in Shinjuku on July 18, 2026. Organized by Phoenixx Inc., this new-concept event pairs VTubers with indie games in what the organizers describe as a "zero-distance" format — bringing the audience as close as possible to the game and its players.
What Is Zerokyori Connect?
Zerokyori Connect is an indie game event where VTubers play carefully selected titles in front of a live audience. A preview event held in March 2026 was well received, leading to the launch of a regular series. This July edition is the first installment of that ongoing series.
