Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris, the Paris-born chocolate specialist, is opening a new boutique at Nagoya Sakae Mitsukoshi on Monday, November 16.
Its sister brand, the biscuit specialist Alain Ducasse Biscuit Paris, is part of the same boutique. Alongside chocolates made by artisans using traditional methods, the shop carries biscuits baked with a chef's approach. The eat-in space inside the boutique serves popular soft serve and other treats that let guests enjoy the rich natural flavors of the ingredients.
The boutique brings Alain Ducasse's vision of deliciousness, along with the passion and craftsmanship of the Paris workshop, to Nagoya.

This special assortment features "Cookie Chocolat," a favorite at the Tokyo workshop.
The rich flavor of fermented butter from France's Loire region is layered with the distinct character of ingredients such as chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut, orange confit and chestnut (marron). Each bite releases a rich butter aroma, alongside the harmony of nuts and fruit.
