ATELIERITO, a bakery that makes baumkuchen at its workshop in Itoshima, Fukuoka, is opening a stall at "Baumkuchen Expo 2026," held at Matsuzakaya Nagoya from September 17 (Thu) to September 23 (Wed, national holiday), 2026. The lineup is headlined by "Gin no Ito PREMIUM – Warm Chocolat Edition," marking the first time the Gin no Ito series has appeared at an event. Rather than the regular Gin no Ito, this is a PREMIUM version made exclusively for the Nagoya venue, created just for these seven days.
ATELIERITO's baumkuchen aren't available to buy at any time. Even the brand's popular Kin no Ito has seen orders exceed expectations, and in 2026 the shop was only able to open orders twice, with sales for the year already closed. Gin no Ito, whose production is even more limited, hasn't been sold for over a year. For the first time, the series is stepping outside of online sales and into an event venue — and what's being offered isn't the regular Gin no Ito, but a "Gin no Ito PREMIUM" available for only seven days. It's a chance to see and hold, in person, an especially rare ATELIERITO baumkuchen that hasn't even been available online.
The 7-Day-Only Gin no Ito PREMIUM – Warm Chocolat Edition

A Special Bite, Finished by Warming
Enjoy the moderate sweetness of chocolat paired with a fluffy, moist texture. Cut it to your preferred thickness and warm it in the microwave for about 15 seconds — warming changes the chocolat's aroma and texture, completing a special bite.
01 CUT — Cut to your preferred thickness.
02 WARM — Warm in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
03 ENJOY — Enjoy it while warm.
The finishing touch is left to you.
Kin no Ito: Only Two Sales Windows in 2026
Kin no Ito is ATELIERITO's signature baumkuchen. Because each one is carefully made by hand and takes time, only a limited number can be produced at once. As a result, the sales held in January and September 2026 drew more orders than expected, and Kin no Ito's 2026 sales have now closed (this refers to regular sales through the official online shop). That makes this Baumkuchen Expo 2026 the last chance to buy Kin no Ito in 2026 — the final seven days to see it in person and purchase it on the spot, now that online orders have closed.
A Rare 7 Days With Baumkuchen You Can't Normally Get
Kin no Ito's 2026 sales have already closed, making this Baumkuchen Expo 2026 the last chance to buy it in 2026. Gin no Ito, meanwhile, has been on pause for over a year and is appearing at an event for the first time — not as the regular Gin no Ito, but as the Nagoya-exclusive "Gin no Ito PREMIUM – Warm Chocolat Edition," made just for these seven days. In other words, this venue brings together the last Kin no Ito of 2026 and the debut event sale of Gin no Ito PREMIUM: a rare seven-day chance, from September 17 to 23, to buy ATELIERITO's baumkuchen in person. Each item is available in limited quantity, and sales end as soon as stock runs out for each session.

Even online, ATELIERITO's baumkuchen are only sold at limited times, making them hard to get even for those who want them. This time, the Kin no Ito and Gin no Ito series line up at an event venue for the first time: the last Kin no Ito of 2026, and the Nagoya-exclusive Gin no Ito PREMIUM born from a series that's been on pause for over a year. It's a seven-day opportunity to buy, in person, baumkuchen that may not be available again anytime soon.
