ATELIER MATCHA Unveils Spring/Summer 2026 Menu Featuring Matcha and Summer Fruits

ATELIER MATCHA, a matcha cafe offering premium Uji matcha in a casual setting, is rolling out its new spring/summer menu starting March 20, 2026 (Friday). This season's theme is "Uji Matcha × Summer Fruits," with a colorful lineup of new drinks, desserts, and food items launching at the Ginza and Kamakura locations.

New Drinks: MATCHA Honey Melon, MATCHA Choco Mint, MATCHA Lychee Guava Soda, MATCHA Coconut Cloud (Ginza)

MATCHA Honey Melon

MATCHA Honey Melon
MATCHA Honey Melon – ¥1,080 (tax included)

This indulgent drink celebrates the peak-season sweetness of melon alongside premium matcha. Yubari melon jelly is topped with an original melon yogurt shake made from refreshing yogurt ice cream and melon syrup, then finished with whipped cream, rich matcha sauce, more melon jelly, honey, and crushed pistachios. The elegant flavor of melon, the umami of premium matcha, and the smooth sweetness of honey come together in a new summer fruit and matcha pairing.

MATCHA Choco Mint

A refreshing choco mint and matcha drink for the warmer months. A choco mint shake is poured over chocolate syrup, topped with whipped cream and ATELIER MATCHA's signature rich matcha sauce, and finished with colorful chocolate sprinkles and fresh mint leaves.

MATCHA Coconut Cloud (Ginza only)

MATCHA Coconut Cloud – ¥950 (tax included)

Already a crowd-pleaser at ATELIER MATCHA's Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) and Philippines (Cebu) locations, the cloud drink makes its way to the Ginza store for the first time. Refreshing coconut water is paired with freshly whisked fragrant matcha "Matsukaze," then topped generously with a special matcha cold whip. While the traditional cloud drink features two layers—coconut water and cold whip—ATELIER MATCHA adds a third layer of thin matcha, creating a striking visual contrast between the clear coconut water and vibrant green matcha.

MATCHA Lychee Guava Soda

The popular soda menu returns for another season, this time with a tropical lychee and guava combination fitting the "summer fruits" theme. Vivid red guava syrup is topped with ample soda water, homemade lychee jelly, and whole lychee fruit, garnished with rosemary for a resort-like feel. A generous pour of ATELIER MATCHA's signature rich matcha sauce completes the tropical fruit and matcha collaboration.

New Desserts: French Toast, Mille Crêpe, and a Revamped Panna Cotta (Ginza)

MATCHA Fruit French Toast with Seasonal Fruit

MATCHA Fruit French Toast with Seasonal Fruit – ¥1,600 (tax included)

A special-season take on French toast, this dish uses a round brioche bun rather than standard sandwich bread—the brioche soaks up the French toast custard deeply for a rich, layered flavor. Inside are matcha custard, matcha whipped cream, matcha gelato, sweet red bean paste (ogura an), and seasonal fruit, making for a satisfying treat that works equally well as a light lunch or a sharing dessert.

MATCHA Mille Crêpe

MATCHA Mille Crêpe – ¥980 (tax included)

A long-requested addition to the menu, this mille crêpe uses 14 layers of rice flour matcha crêpes from Riz Labo Kitchen in Omotesando, with matcha whipped cream and matcha custard cream sandwiched generously between each layer. Optional rich matcha sauce can be added for an even deeper matcha aroma. The crêpes are handmade daily by the kitchen chef, offering an authentic mille crêpe experience together with the flavor of premium matcha.

MATCHA Mango Panna Cotta

The popular MATCHA Panna Cotta gets a seasonal refresh, swapping out vivid red berries for bright yellow mango. Refreshing mango sauce pairs naturally with the matcha panna cotta, while a hidden layer of passion fruit jelly adds a sweet-tart summer note. The jiggly, slightly bitter matcha milk jelly and smooth mango sauce offer a pleasant contrast of textures.

New Food: Hojicha Bolognese Udon and Tsukiji Croissant Sandwich Noritama

Hojicha Bolognese Udon

Hojicha Bolognese Udon
Hojicha Bolognese Udon – ¥1,400 (tax included)

Following the popular MATCHA Carbonara Udon introduced last year, a new pasta-style udon arrives in response to customer requests. Classic bolognese sauce gets a twist with the addition of fragrant hojicha powder, deepening the sauce's richness and adding a toasty, aromatic depth. A drizzle of hojicha sauce over the finished dish, plus rosemary and pine nuts as aromatic garnishes, completes the look. The chewy udon noodles and hojicha bolognese sauce create a flavor combination that can't be found anywhere else—and the dish pairs well with a side-by-side comparison against the MATCHA Carbonara Udon.

Tsukiji Croissant Sandwich Noritama

Tsukiji Croissant Sandwich Noritama – ¥890 (tax included)

Tsukiji, located just a short distance from the East Ginza store, is famous for its dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelette). This new sandwich tucks a generous dashimaki tamago and toasted nori into a warm, toasted croissant. The look instantly evokes sushi tamago in sandwich form. The flavor accent comes from matcha whipped butter—the combination of juicy egg, crispy nori, and matcha creates a distinctly Japanese-Western fusion. As the name suggests, the topping is "noritama," the beloved furikake rice seasoning that has long been a household favorite.

Kamakura: 4 New Items for Strolling the City

The Kamakura store introduces four new menu items for spring/summer, perfect for enjoying on a walk around the historic city.

MOCHI Stick Sakura Peach
MOCHI Stick Sakura Peach – ¥810 (tax included)

MOCHI Stick Mango Cheese
MOCHI Stick Mango Cheese – ¥810 (tax included)

MOCHI Stick Sakura Peach is a Kamakura-exclusive dango on a stick served in a cup—easy to carry while exploring the city. The combination of cherry blossom jelly, peach sauce, and mochi dumplings is as pretty as it is delicious, making it an ideal springtime companion.

MOCHI Stick Mango Cheese follows this season's "summer fruits" theme, pairing mango with cream cheese for a bright, refreshing taste. The slight acidity of cream cheese balanced against the sweetness of mango makes for a great combination—the kind of tropical treat that feels right at home on a trip to the beach via the Enoden line.

MATCHA Choco Mint (Kamakura)
MATCHA Choco Mint (Kamakura) – ¥930 (tax included)

MATCHA Sakura Peach Soda
MATCHA Sakura Peach Soda – ¥930 (tax included)

The Kamakura MATCHA Choco Mint is a latte-style drink made with mint milk using generous mint syrup, matcha poured over chocolate sauce, topped with whipped cream and colorful chocolate sprinkles. The pastel green look is as cute as it is refreshing for summer.

MATCHA Sakura Peach Soda is another returning seasonal favorite—the sweetness of peach and the umami and aroma of ATELIER MATCHA's rich matcha sauce blend together for a lightly sweet, refreshing summer sip.

The spring/summer lineup at ATELIER MATCHA's Ginza and Kamakura locations starts March 20, 2026. Whether as a break from sightseeing or a snack on the go, the new menu offers plenty of ways to enjoy premium Uji matcha this season.
