About BRISK STAND
BRISK STAND is a burger shop with its main location in Kobe. Their Japanese-inspired burgers stand as a distinctive presence in the burger world. After being selected for Tabelog's "Hyakumeiten" (Top 100 Restaurants) in 2024, the brand has been actively expanding nationwide.
In 2025, they won the "Japan Burger Championship 2025," earning the title of Japan's #1 gourmet burger. The team has also competed at the world championship held in Indianapolis, USA.

Current locations include Kobe, Asakusa, Kamakura, Himeji, Umeda, Okazaki, Tokushima, Kyoto, Kabukicho, Kanda, Omotesando, Azabu-Juban, Shinjuku, Suidobashi, Nagoya Sakae, Sapporo, and Nakameguro—18 locations nationwide as of October 28, 2025.
The burgers use only additive-free buns made with whole wheat flour, containing no shortening or margarine. The satisfying patties are 100% domestic beef with no fillers, seasoned only with natural Japanese salt.

Among their many menu items, the "Kitta-yatsu" (sliced burger) stands out as their specialty. The burger is cut vertically, and the cross-section is seared on a hot griddle a second time, allowing the patties and toppings to absorb all the meat juices.
