A new eyebrow product joins BCL's eye makeup series "Browlash EX" on October 6, 2026. "Browlash EX Ultra Skinny Brow (Skinny Liquid & Powder)" pairs an ultra-fine liquid with a powder in one 2-way design, making it possible to draw realistic, salon-level brows.
Ultra-Fine Liquid and Powder for Realistic Brows
Ultra-Fine 0.01 mm Liquid
The ultra-fine brush lets you draw brows one hair at a time, just like natural brow hairs. It is well suited to areas that call for a delicate finish, such as the tails of the brows.
Powder
The fine-particle powder has strong adhesion and creates soft, natural-looking brows with a sense of dimension.
Passes a 24-Hour Durability Test and a Friction Durability Test
The waterproof formula resists sweat, sebum, and water. It also holds up against rubbing, keeping makeup looking freshly applied throughout the day.

Two Colors to Choose From
- Ash Gray: for black to slightly dark brown hair

Includes the Moisturizing Ingredient Panthenol

How to Use
Use the ultra-fine liquid to draw individual hairs, like natural brow hairs, wherever you want to add to your brows, such as the tails. Finish by using the powder to softly define the whole brow.
