BUTCHER REPUBLIC Yokohama Akarenga Shurasco BBQ & BEER, on the third floor of Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Building 2, is now taking reservations for a one-night-only "Special Fireworks Viewing & All-You-Can-Eat Shurasco Plan," timed to the "Minato Mirai Festival in Support of Yokohama Green Expo" on Monday, August 24, 2026. The plan offers a way to enjoy a summer night away from the crowds. The restaurant is run by EVERBREW Co., Ltd., which operates more than 20 bistros, restaurants, and brasseries across Japan, including Delirium Cafe and Butcher Republic, and also imports, wholesales, retails, and brews Belgian beer and French wine.
Set on the top floor (3F) of the historic Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse waterfront building, the restaurant enjoys a prime location with sweeping views of Minato Mirai's night skyline. Its open-air terrace seating is especially suited to the occasion, letting guests take in the festival atmosphere and the sound and colors of the fireworks lighting up the night sky, with a sea breeze on the terrace. While the surrounding area will be extremely crowded on the day, the restaurant offers a comfortable, private space to enjoy a lively Yokohama summer night alongside the glittering Minato Mirai view.
All-You-Can-Eat Shurasco With a Minato Mirai Night View
The plan includes all-you-can-eat access to a full shurasco menu of 21 items, roasted in the restaurant's dedicated oven. Staff carve the meat tableside, offering a wide variety that includes Japanese Black Wagyu, the beef cut "Picanha (Ichibo)," the rich lean cut "Alcatra (beef round)," pork belly, pork shoulder, sausage, and more. The plan also includes all-you-can-drink champagne and limited-edition draft craft beer from RIO BREWING & CO., the restaurant's own brewery in Kashiwanoha, Chiba. Guests can enjoy a luxurious dinner pairing good meat with a great drink in hand.

Terms of the Plan
If the fireworks are canceled on the day due to bad weather or similar conditions, guests can move to an indoor seat and enjoy the same course for ¥11,000 (tax included) instead.
If guests cancel their visit altogether, including no-shows, a cancellation fee of ¥11,000 (tax included) applies, since food preparation begins in advance.
