BUTCHER REPUBLIC at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Building 2 (3F) is reopening on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, under a new concept: BUTCHER REPUBLIC 横浜赤レンガ シュラスコBBQ & BEER. The restaurant, which originally opened in July 2019 as BUTCHER REPUBLIC CHICAGO PIZZA&BEER, is transitioning into a full churrasco BBQ dining destination.
All-You-Can-Eat Churrasco
The centerpiece of the new menu is an all-you-can-eat churrasco featuring 20 or more varieties. Passadors (meat carvers) circulate the dining room at any given time with 15 to 20 cuts, and guests choose what they'd like directly from their seats. Staff then carve portions tableside, adding a lively, performative element to the meal.
The lineup includes cuts like Picanha (rump cap), Alcatra (beef round), Frango (chicken thigh), Shoulder Roast, Pork Spare Ribs, Garlic Steak, and Linguiça (Brazilian sausage), alongside grilled vegetables, Pão de Queijo, fries, and a side salad and Butcher Curry for all-you-can-eat guests.

Craft Beer
The restaurant carries three varieties of craft beer from RIO BREWING & CO., a brewery based in Kashiwa-no-ha, Chiba. The brewery has won awards in the IPA and Hazy IPA categories at the JAPAN BREWERS CUP — a national craft beer judging event held annually in Yokohama — for three consecutive years.
The Space
The interior preserves elements of the original warehouse, including brick walls and fire doors, creating a spacious atmosphere with a distinct historical character. A balcony section offers views across the Minato Mirai waterfront, making it an option for evening dining with a harbor backdrop.

From April 1 (Wed) through April 23 (Thu), 2026, a limited-time promotional menu is available with discounts of up to ¥1,500 off regular all-you-can-eat prices.
