The second installment of the Cath Kidston × Hello Kitty collaboration collection launches on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Cath Kidston directly managed stores and the official online store (https://cathkidston.jp/).
Following the first collaboration released last December, this second round expands the lineup to 14 items. Three original artworks were created exclusively for this collection, appearing across Cath Kidston's signature book bags, popular frill totes, knit bags, cool-touch fabric T-shirts, clear pouches, and — making their debut — two stationery items including a ring notebook. The eco bag-in-face-pouch, which sold out instantly in the first collection, also returns with a fresh new design.

Hello Kitty Gingham Provence
One of Cath Kidston's most iconic original prints, "Provence Rose" — created over 30 years ago — has been reimagined as "Hello Kitty Gingham Provence" for this collaboration. Hello Kitty and Cath Kidston's signature rosebuds, rendered with delicate hand-drawn stitching, are arranged in a classic British repeat pattern. For this second collection, a pastel pink hand-drawn gingham check fills the background, bringing a spring-summer palette that beautifully highlights Hello Kitty's iconic red ribbon.
Hello Kitty Scene
Inspired by the archive print "Cottages," "Hello Kitty Scene" spreads across the canvas like a watercolor painting depicting English countryside — an homage to the outskirts of London where Hello Kitty was born. Hello Kitty stands holding small flowers picked from a garden, accompanied by "five red apples," a nod to her height. A white picket fence and vivid spring blooms frame the lightly sketched, affectionately drawn figure, while graphic red and green accents bring a contemporary touch to the soft, vintage-style landscape.
Hello Kitty Patchwork
Celebrating the joy Hello Kitty has brought to generations, this artwork merges with Cath Kidston's iconic hand-drawn patchwork print. Stripes, button roses, and hand-drawn Hello Kitty motifs are connected by red wavy lines, while Hello Kitty's trademark ribbon is depicted alongside a classic Cath Kidston heart in a cross-stitch style. Hello Kitty's dress features Cath Kidston's traditional floral art — a design brimming with the brand's characteristic charm.

A set that was a hit in the first collaboration — the mascot charm and frill tissue pouch — returns for the second round. This time the artwork features a gingham check base for an even cuter result. The Hello Kitty mascot wears a one-piece dress made from the same fabric as the pouch, as if she has stepped right out of the print. The charm is removable for versatile styling.

The eco bag-in-face-pouch combination that sold out in the first collection returns with a new design. The eco bag features the gingham check collaboration artwork, and its printed Hello Kitty face — complete with rosy pink cheeks — has been transformed into a soft, plush-like charm.

The Hello Kitty Gingham Provence artwork, created by Cath Kidston's creative team specifically for this collaboration, has been faithfully reproduced in knit — capturing even the texture of hand-drawn lines. One side of the bag features a winking Hello Kitty. This remarkably lightweight knit bag is made from recycled PET bottle yarn, manufactured primarily at the brand's own factory in Japan. The knit provides gentle stretch without losing its shape, and the bag can be washed at home for long-lasting use.

Three of the most popular collaboration artworks have been selected for these ring notebooks, with each cover also featuring a different Hello Kitty artwork on the inside.
