CHAPTER THE GRILL, the restaurant at The Chapter Kyoto, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has introduced a new "Vegetable Buffet" at lunch. The menu is centered around organic vegetables from the Kamigamo area of Kyoto, showcased through a wide variety of cooking methods by Executive Chef Masu Naoto.

The Kamigamo area in Kyoto is known for growing diverse vegetables using traditional methods, benefiting from an environment with significant temperature differences and rich, fertile soil. Chef Masu has been visiting these farms and is drawn to the produce for its intense, deep flavor. The buffet is designed to highlight each vegetable's individual character through various culinary techniques while offering guests a fresh perspective on seasonal produce.

In addition to the buffet, a main dish can be selected from a range of popular à la carte options, including fresh pasta, the signature "Crouste" (a fermented butter croissant with avocado dip), plant-based keema curry, and a Chapter Kyoto special wagyu omurice.
