A new bar-hopping event is coming to the Chuo Line this September. From Monday, September 14 to Friday, September 18, 2026, five stations along the line will host "Chuo Line Treasure Hunt Bar Hopping 2026," with alcohol-focused media outlet "nomooo," operated by IID, Inc. (Headquarters: Nakano, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroshi Miyagawa), joining as a planning partner.
The event unfolds across roughly 100 shops near Nakano, Koenji, Asagaya, Ogikubo, and Nishi-Ogikubo stations, inviting participants to wander between venues and enjoy bar hopping along the Chuo Line.
A digital stamp rally runs through LINE during the event period. Ordering a drink or bottle made with 極上〈宝焼酎〉 at a participating shop and scanning the QR code posted there earns a stamp.
Visit All 5 Stations for Limited Prizes: The LINE Digital Stamp Rally
The stamp rally rewards participants with event-exclusive prizes for visiting shops across the five stations. Collecting a stamp from one shop at each of the five stations, five shops in total, earns a choice of original swizzle stick. Collecting stamps from two shops at each station, ten shops in total, earns a Takara tumbler plus entry to the after-party held once the event ends.
At the after-party, participants can raise a toast with the owners of the participating restaurants and bars and enjoy the connections made through the event.
- The after-party is open only to those who complete all ten shops, and costs ¥1,000 for food and drink.

A Secret Guerrilla Event Every Day, for One Hour Only
A secret guerrilla event is also planned for one hour each day during the event period. Anyone who happens to raise a toast with a certain person during that hour receives a small surprise gift. The time and details stay under wraps until the day itself.
Alongside the bar-hopping route through around 100 shops across the five stations, the event offers these special touches available only during the event period.
Exploring Chuo Line Restaurants, One New Way to Enjoy Bar Hopping
Rather than sticking to a shop near a familiar station, the event encourages participants to travel to stations they would not normally stop at and discover new restaurants and bars, proposing a bar-hopping experience that crosses the whole Chuo Line corridor.
Beyond sharing information about sake, "nomooo" has also planned and produced events and promotions in partnership with sake breweries and restaurants.
This time, the aim is again to connect restaurants along the Chuo Line with people who enjoy a drink, creating opportunities to discover new shops and new drinks while walking through the neighborhood.
